on sep 8th, the final of the branch site in gansu province of the 6th china international college student’s "internet " innovation and entrepreneurship competition, also the prize-giving ceremony, was held on the heping campus of lanzhou university of finance and economics. the vice-governor zhang shizhen, vice executive secretary of the provincial government wang xiaoyang, secretary of the provincial committee, also secretary of the leading party members' group of the provincial education department wang haiyan, vice director of the provincial d education department zhang guozhen, and some other leaders from colleges and universities attended the meeting.
with the theme of "i dare to break, i can create", this competition was carried out in a combination of online and offline for the first time. the final competitions include the group competition and the ranking competition for the champion which was held in the way of “on-site defense full live broadcast “. during the two days’ match, 40 gold medals, 70 silver medals, and 60 bronze medals were produced in the main circuit. besides, in the youth-red dream circuit, 20 gold awards, 20 silver awards, and 30 bronze awards were produced.
four projects of the college of earth and environmental sciences, lanzhou university reach the final. among them, under the guidance of three teachers wang bo, jiang yunchao and wei yi, zhang shaowei, li shuangying, lv pengfei et.al completed the project of "cloud lung treasure" and won the gold award of the main circuit, which was in the 7th place in the ranking competition, and successfully advanced to the national finals. under the guidance of two teachers cheng xiuwen and gou jianfeng, li shaoyang et.al completed the project of "new high-efficiency water treatment technology-pba/pvdf composite membrane" , and cao yilong et.al completed the project of "waste gold water purification-promotion of a baf process coupled sr-aop process wastewater treatment device". they won two silver awards in the main circuit. under the guidance of zhu hao, zhang hao et.al completed the project of "development and application of aerated membrane biological reaction (mabr) synergistic electric fenton wastewater treatment technology" and won the silver award in the youth-red dream circuit.
it is reported that this competition is sponsored by the education department of gansu province and undertaken by lanzhou university of finance and economics. 27 projects of lanzhou university entered the final. in the final stage, the projects of lanzhou university stood out from the 235 projects of the whole province after fierce competition. in the end, lanzhou university won 16 gold awards, 11 silver awards, 1 bronze award, and 4 individual awards and was awarded the "excellent organization unit".
