yao jun, director of the center for environmental science and engineering, china university of geosciences (beijing), winner of the national outstanding youth fund, visiting professor of yale university, usa, visiting professor of ufz environmental research center, germany, chief expert of the national key research and development program, director of the national international joint base of environment and energy, director of china-hungary intergovernmental joint laboratory of environment and health, editorial board member of journal of environmental science and health part a, environmental science and pollution research, ecotoxicology, environmental safety and several international journals. in recent years, she visited the institute of physics and geology and earth biosphere, school of forest and environment, yale university, the german national ufz environmental isotope research center of biological chemistry, etc. she presided over and set up the national "international joint base of environment and energy", china - hungarian government between "environmental science and health" joint laboratory, presided over the five best hungarian "toxic environment material", "human and ecological recovery - new approaches to the study of the ecological system" and "the influence of inorganic and organic pollution on the ecosystem" workshop. she presided over the first international conference on chemical and biological properties of the environment and the second international strategic forum on soil and water remediation. she has made 35 special reports to the general assembly at international conferences. she has undertaken more than 20 projects for international cooperation, such as special projects for international cooperation sponsored by the ministry of science and technology, the national fund for outstanding youth, and major projects for international cooperation. in recent years, she has published nearly 200 english papers in international sci source journals. two-thirds of her graduate students went to europe and the united states for cooperative research, one of them won the doctorate scholarship of galileo in italy, six of them won the excellent master's thesis of hubei province, and two of them won the excellent doctoral thesis of hubei province.
