fang keyan, professor and doctoral supervisor of the school of geographical sciences, fujian normal university. he is the winner of "young top talents" of the ten thousand talents plan of the organization department of the cpc central committee and the excellent youth fund of the nsfc. in 2010, he received a doctor of science degree from lanzhou university, worked as a joint training doctor in lanzhou university columbia university, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the department of geology and geography of helsinki university. he is currently the director of the tree ring branch of the chinese geographic society, a member of the climate change committee, and a member of the historical climate committee of the chinese quaternary society. his research direction is tree ring and climate change. he has published more than 100 papers in domestic and foreign journals, among which more than 50 papers of the first/corresponding author have been published in sci journals such as nature communication, journal of climate and water resource research, and the papers have been cited by sci journals for more than 1900 times. he has won the second prize of natural science award of gansu province (the second accomplisher), liu dongsheng earth science scholarship, national 100 excellent doctoral nomination award, baogang education award and many other awards. he was selected into the "fujian minjiang scholar distinguished professor" award program, the "fujian special support program for top-notch young talents", the discipline leader training program of fujian universities, the high-level leading talents training program of fujian normal university and the baochen program, and won the "fujian outstanding youth foundation".

liu xiaojie, associate researcher of the institute of geographical sciences and resources, chinese academy of sciences, and deputy secretary-general of resource flow and management research committee of chinese society of natural resources. she is mainly engaged in the research of sustainable utilization and policy of resources, sustainable food system and food security. she has successively presided over the general projects of nsfc and the youth fund projects and undertaken more than 10 projects, such as the key projects of nsfc, the national key r & d program, and the key deployment projects of cas. she has published more than 70 papers, including 22 as the first and corresponding authors. she has completed more than 30 consultation reports, received more than 10 instructions from national leaders and 7 instructions from provincial and ministerial leaders, and participated in the completion of six books.
