政府间气候变化专门委员会（ipcc）作为气候变化科学评估的重要平台在国际气候治理中具有重要影响。ipcc第六次评估报告“气候变化下的海洋与冰冻圈特别报告”第三次主要作者会将于7月24日在我校举办科普专场报告会，欢迎师生参加。
