The perceived succession pandemonium ensuring in Zanu PF brings with it some archaic, Lucific, demonic, despotic and irritating regime tactics that seek to permanently stifle people’s means of sharing information on any subject matter under the sun but particularly the subject matters that form part of their daily lives and those that will lead to a new respectable way of life which is not there in Zimbabwe at the moment.
It is not a secret that every normal person in Zimbabwe does not want anything to do with Zanu PF (Mugabe and Zanu PF), his Vice President Mnangagwa Gukurahundi, the nefarious Zanu PF /opasi war vets (izolo lokhu bebehlukumeza abantu bebahlukumezela ukuba bavotele lowo abangasamfuniyo manje) and all other things associated with Zanu PF, now or in the future. Zipra war vet/obhudi, are out of this pushing and shoving seen from opasi. Its good and those who are into opasi hooliganic-gangsterism skirmishes with opasi in their quest to dethrone their god are advised:
1. To pull out. Eyomdeni kayingenwa, hlezi babuyelelane then they gang against the outsiders.
2. To move out of the Shona zone now before they are caught up in a battle that they are not part of.
3. To transfer all their property before it’s too late because when the Shona peoples start twisting each other’s necks, the property of the outsiders will be targeted for repossession.
These are just but a few points of advice for our kin and kith who are still in doubt on what to do.
All the shenanigans happening and happening as a result of the governance miscarriage of Shonalism should be deflected by the Mthwakazi nationals. In any case all the Zanu PF induced tomfooleries somehow expose a true picture of what a dictatorial regime of a Shonalized government is like.
The proclamation of a media law that empowers the police to confiscate citizens smart phones, tablets and laptops among others, really exposes and validates Zanu PF to the long held view that it is a regime of dictatorial make up. Interceptions of private communications, searching and confiscating the people’s electronic gadgets cannot be normalized by such an archaic law as the Computer Crime and Cyber Crime Bill.
This Bill seeks to enforce a five year obligatory sentence to those who would be found to have flouted it. To instill fear, the diasporans would be extradited if need be and if the Zimbabwean government is able to have accomplices (countries) who would assist enact the Bill in question.
The reasons behind the crafting and implementation of that law are ludicrous to say the least. In these modern times, to find a country stifling the use of cellphones because of suspicion that they advance tendencies likely to lead people to revolt against a regime are signs of a regime gone bonkers. One Lloyd Msipha (Lawyer) picks from St Augustine who says, "An unjust law is no law at all." The statement is bluntly rubbishing the Computer Crime and Cyber Crime Bill as unjust and worth not referred to as law.
In debate I picked up with one “sotsha” , I made that fella aware of countries that are going the Zimbabwean direction such as Brazil, which has imposed a ban/limited the use of cellphones with effect from Jan 2001, Botswana which is debating the use of cellphones/smart phones, Chile which also has seriously limited the use of cellphones and other countries are mulling the scaling down on the use of smart phones. Well that was a challenge left for me to do some research.
I am on the clear side that some of these countries are eavesdropping on the communication of their citizenry. That’s the worst type of censure that the regimes are using. There arise more questions than answers as to why regimes get to such dirty tactics reminiscent of the yesteryears where democracy only existed to the chosen few and that led to Africans revolting against such regimes which were colonialists. In recent times, it has increasingly become difficult to locate the differences between the colonial and the current government of Zanu PF. The regime is worse than the colonialists. Msipha extends his views on Computer Crime and Cyber Crime bill stating that:
The long and short of this proposed draft bill, is that it will be impossible to police and enforce should it be railroaded into law. Firstly international law will not compliment laws in domestic jurisdictions that are on the face of it unjust. So any attempts to invoke the Extradition based on this type of law will be an own goal. It will simply reinforce the dictatorial nature of Mugabe's government.
Secondly this proposed unjust law will be resisted by all right thinking progressive Zimbabweans globally who want to take Zimbabwe forward and not backwards into the Stone Age. The internet is not restricted to the borders of Zimbabwe, but a global phenomenon, hence it cannot suffer violence and intimidation.
Free expression is one of the cornerstones of the internet era. Zimbabweans are not stuck to the local service providers to access social media. In fact most in Zimbabwe are now using foreign sim cards (South African, Zambian and UK etc. etc.). Free expression in the internet era is exactly that- free. An attempt to legislate against free internet expression will be unjust and will fall flat on its face.
Zanu PF has become the public enemy of the people including the Shona peoples who, in 1980 loudly called for the execution of Dr Joshua Nkomo because to them, Nkomo was a symbol of all that barricaded their wishes and aspirations of a Heaven on Earth-which to them, was embalmed and epitomized by Mugabe and Zanu PF.
The law stifling the use of smart phones just came in order to resolve the regime’s ambivalence on the people’s next move in as far as demonstrations are concerned that are designed to remove the regime from power.
Zanu PF evidently symbolizes a wish to destroy the omnipotent question of RESTORATION of Mthwakazi and demos against it.
So the media law promulgated can be viewed as an attempt to divert the attention of the people from the real issues affecting them and that the Mthwakazi peoples do not make further inroads about the Mthwakazi Question whose time has come.
While we feel that the regime will be making attempts at repressing and suppressing the RESTORATION AGENDA through use of the media law passed, Mthwakazi nationals should escalate their efforts of sharing information of any nature, be it graphics, videos and any other forms.
This archaic media law is a ploy that will have its use extended to suppress those who talk, write and are pushers of the RESTORATION AGENDA. But we refuse to separate from the entity (RESTORATION AGENDA) which is the alpha and omega of Mthwakazi people’s freedom.
The enemy of the peoples, Zanu PF symbolizes negation of the object to which the peoples are attached to. For the revolution to eject Zanu regime, the peoples must all escalate the use of their gadgets. The peoples must not be in fear. The use of Interpol is just a strategy to instill fear on the peoples. AbakaMthwakazi must protect Victor (a cited national who sounds like an Mthwakazi national) and be prepared to use any form of resistance needed to stop the Zimbabwean regime from its intended aim of arresting our kith and kin.
Instead of trending on the aspect of RESTORATION the regime uses all forms of intimidation, using soldiers to threaten the peoples. That’s ridiculous.
From what is happening, visible and invisible, the regime is going nowhere. It is a matter of time before the citizens take it V-for V, blood to blood, knock for knock, head to head and so on. Those who anointed the regime seem to be bent on disanointing their god. Well, thina abakaMthwakazi sibabhekile because we do not want to remove Mugabe or remove Mugabe and his Zanu PF but we want to RESTORE. We are devoting our existence to the RESTORATION AGENDA, kwaphela nje!!!
MTHWAKAZI LIBERATION FRONT (MLF) STANDS FOR ECONOMIC, CULTURAL AND POLITICAL INDEPENDENCE OF MTHWAKAZI STATE (RESTORATION) THAT EXISTED PRIOR TO COLONISATION!!!
