MLO was shocked to note that while MDC T leader, Morgan Tsvangirai, was calling for blanket immunity and pensions for Matabeleland genocide perpetrators in an interview in Harare, the leader of NPP Joyce Mujuru was doing almost the same in London.
The Zanu PF bad odour in Joice Mujuru could not escape the nostrils of the media in London as she spent considerable time defending her smelly Zanu PF history, contradicting self many times on Matabeleland genocide. What is clear is that since the formation of ZimPf and NPP, she has been to Matabeleland more than 7 times on a mission to convince Matabeles to forget about Matabeleland genocide and be "futuristic". And her speech was in sync with Morgan Tsvangirai's interview in Harare.
"I wish to assure everyone that there is nothing to fear in the change that we seek. We have no intention to engage in retribution, and we are only driven by the genuine patriotic spirit to ensure peace, stability and growth."
"There will neither be vengeance nor retribution against anyone. There is certainly nothing to fear. In fact, there will be a pension for those who are afraid", said Morgan Tswangirai on 9 March 2017 in Harare.
What this literally means is that if Matabeleland genocide perpetrators are prosecuted and locked behind bars where they obviously belong, there will be no piece in Zimbabwe. Heartless murderers and rapists, per Tsvangirai' s myopic philosophy, should receive golden hand-shakes in the form of 'pensions.'
But if Matebeles who are genocide victims, are forced to accept that they are second class citizens fit to be slaughtered like cattle, raped, tortured, maimed, oppressed and denied the right to self-determination, the right to education, employment, practice their culture, then there will be peace, stability and prosperity in Zimbabwe.
In other words, if Morgan Tsvangirai takes over political power in Zimbabwe he will be happy to be surrounded by unrepentant murderers, rapists, arsonists, tribalists and conspirators. Should the "moment of madness" revisit the genocidists and they go berserk and start slaughtering Matabele civilians again, Morgan Tsvangirai will not be able to stop them. He would rather allow Zimbabwe to slide into instability than subject Matabeleland genocide perpetrators to
justice. It is not MLO which says so but it is Morgan Tsvangirai's statement that suggests so.
Let us say a Matabele, eg Cde Paul Siwela takes over power in Zimbabwe and immediately produce a Grand Plan similar to Zanu's Grand Plan of 1979. Deploy National Army in the mould of Zimbabwe National Army 5th Brigade in Mashonaland. Command it to wipe all Shona people out of the face of earth and the army goes on to kill more than 40 000 innocent Shona civilians, torture the survivors and force them to sing Ndebele songs and dance on the fresh graves of their loved ones while praising Cde Paul Siwela.
Rape more than 100 000 Shona women and girls, burn more than 100 000 homes, displace more than a million Shona people. Hold rallies in Matabeleland to spew hate speech, denigrate, humiliate and dehumanise
Shona people likening them to thrash that's needs to be cleansed out of society or cockroaches that need to be killed using gamatox.
Feeling that the above is not enough, then continue marginalising Shona people socially, politically educationally, economically and employment wise. Put in place anti-Shona policies in order to continue murdering Shona language, culture and identity. Deploy Matebeles in
Mashonaland to occupy all strategic positions, take all employment and economic opportunities. Will Morgan Tsvangiria's dream government reward Cde Paul Siwela's group with immunity from prosecution and pensions for committing genocide? Will the attitude remain the same in
Since both Morgan Tsvangirai and Joice Mujuru give more respect to Matabeleland genocide perpetrators than victims and promise to give them fat cheques for killing innocent Matabeles, can we as Matabeles do the same to gain the same respect and rewards?
Who is Morgan Tsvangirai and Joice Mujuru to speak on behalf of Matabeleland genocide?
Morgan Tsvangirai's eagerness and impatience to give immunity to blood stained genocidaires like President Mugabe and his henchman is no longer questionable but confirms what Vice President Mphoko revealed a few weeks ago.
He was not only Zanu PF Mashonaland Central Province Political Commissar during Matabeleland genocide in the 1980s, but he was part of a secret hit squad that was tasked with terrorising and killing civilians in Matabeleland alongside Zimbabwe National Army 5th Brigade
while Joice Mujuru was a cheer leader in the Zanu PF politburo.
This hit squad, confirmed VP Mphoko, shot at Nkomo's motorcade in Masvingo and also bombed a police station in Tsholotsho, Matabeleland North, during the emotive Matabeleland genocide.
Like other gukurahundists in Zanu PF, Emmerson Mnangagwa and others, Tsvangirai denied any wrong doing. His mouth piece, Luke Tamborinyoka came out guns blazing in defense of his boss. His long statement which was based on attacking Vice President Mphoko and calling him names failed to prove that Morgan Tsvangirai was not complicit in Matabeleland genocide.
No testimony can be better than that of your equally guilty friends in crime who have records of your involvement in the genocide and know all your assignments during the dirty works. Their evidence is of great value and can be used against you in the court of justice and public political discourse.
Besides being married to late Solomon Mujuru who was a top commander of Zimbabwe National Army during Matabeleland genocide, Joice Mujuru was Minister of Youth. Over 300 000 young people joined the Youth Brigade which ran amok beating or even killing Matebeles and burning their homes. In places like Harare and Kwekwe Matebeles were subjected to xenophobic, attacks, chased away and their valuable properties like homes and businesses were taken by the youth, CI0s and Zanupf Women's league members led by Mrs Sally Mugabe.
As MLO, we say genocide perpetrators like Joice Mujuru and Morgan Tsvangirai who was recently unmasked by his former comrades in crime as Matabeleland genocide perpetrator, must be stopped from bargaining for political power in Zimbabwe at the expense of more than 40 000
innocent unarmed civilians including powerless children, women and old people who were dastardly killed.
Gugurahundists Morgan Tsvangirai and Joice Mujuru must be halted from masquerading as human rights advocates for Matabeleland genocide victims when it is known that their hands are dripping with innocent Matebele blood.
They should be reminded that Matabeleland genocide is a serious international crime. It is not for one or two perpetrators hiding behind the mask of opposition to call for immunity for perpetrators on behalf of the Matabeleland genocide victims. It is a serious case against humanity where a Shona dominated government unleashed an all Shona Zimbabwe National Army 5th Brigade command to annihilate Matebele nation.
The people of Matabeleland must not be deceived by NPP and MDC T projects, they are just copycats of Zanu PF aimed at sanitising and cleansing blood stained genocidists and give them protection from full prosecution for genocide crimes. Their structures and the behaviour of
their leaders say it all.
We have said it in the past. Not once but many times that Matabele nation is facing an oppressive system of gargantuan proportions. This anti-Matabele set up is composed of the government of Zimbabwe which forms the nucleus, Shona led main opposition parties and multitudes of
majority Shona supporters in which the system thrives. They cheered and danced in the rallies when Mugabes and Mnangagwas of this world preached their strange gospel slaughter.
The government of Zimbabwe is serving under notice in Matabeleland.
To borrow Andrew Piziali' s words (of Taxian Partisan), the synthetic union of Matabeleland and Mashonaland will be dissolved as was the former amalgam of Soviet east block countries. Paul Siwela, may you succeed in leading your people to independence as did Moses 3, 300 years ago when he conveyed the LORD's demand to Pharao: "let my people go"
