MLF's State of the Mthwakazi Nation Address: Celebrating 6 Years of Existence

2 December 2016

1. Introduction

As we approach the Six (6th) Birthday of the Mthwakazi Liberation Front (MLF) on the 28th December 2010, we are compelled once again to celebrate this historic achievement with a This in a nutshell Statement of the MTHWAKAZI NATION ADDRESS BY one of its collective leaders, Dr Mpiyesizwe Churchill Guduza, Vice President of Mthwakazi Liberation Front (MLF) far reaching State of the Mthwakazi Nation Vision Statement for Mthwakazi and its peoples. For those who were not present at the official launch of the MLF, it is important to remind them that it was exactly on the, 28th December 2010 that MLF was launched at the historic great Stanley Square Kwa Bulawayo.

The historic and official launch of the MLF, six (6) years ago, represented the beginning of a decisive shift from the practice of politics in the motherland of Mthwakazi. It began by recognising the immense contribution made by several political movements in Mthwakazi all determined in their own philosophies and visions in eradicating the plight of the people of Mthwakazi. This birth of the MLF was witnessed by enemy agents in the form of the entire security apparatus of the Surrogate Colonialists of Zimbabwe (representing British Colonial Interests), the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO), the Police from whom we had to seek permission for the launch, including the army and other secretive operatives. One remembers well how on that day (the 28th December 2010) the MLF leadership had to scramble for locations such as hotels in and around Kwa Bulawayo that were not bugged, so that post-mortem deliberations and analysis of the MLF launch could be assessed.

2. Tribute to Mthwakazi Movements

The official launch of the MLF Kwa Bulawayo at the great and historic Stanley Square began by recognising the role played by the following movements since 1980 in shaping the Agenda for the Restoration of Mthwakazi:
Matebeleland Arts and Writers Association (MAWA),
Vukani Mahlabezulu (VM),
Open Forum (OF),
Imbovane ya Mahlabezulu (IM),
Zimbabwe African People’s Union (ZAPU) 2000,
Mthwakazi Action Group On Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing in  Matebeleland and Midlands 2000 (MAGGEMM 2000),
Liberty Party (LP),
Mzilikazi Cultural Organisation (MCO),
Federal Party (FP),
Ihawu le Sizwe (IS),
People’s Freedom Party (PFP),
Mthwakazi People’s Congress (MPC),
Ibetshu lika Zulu (IZ),
Matebeleland Freedom Party (MFP),
Mthwakazi People’s Organisation [MPO] –
Peoples Unity Movement (PUM),
Patriotic Unity of MaNdebeleland (PUMA),
Mhlahlo We Sizwe (MS),
People’s Policy Council (PPC),
Inqama Settlers,
Imbizo Ye Sizwe and many others, both within colonized Mthwakazi and elsewhere in Botswana, South Africa, Britain, America and many other countries of the world.

3. Pollution of Mthwakazi Political Space by the MRP

Unfortunately, when the MRP entered into the political space (of Zimbabwe and not of Mthwakazi) it did so by launching a vitriolic and sustained attack against the Mthwakazi Liberation Front. The fact that they call themselves Mthwakazi Republic Party (MRP) is not a serious event. The word Mthwakazi is simply a smokescreen designed to deceive the peace-loving people of Mthwakazi into voting in the elections of Zimbabwe in which the MRP will be participating. It is in this context therefore that the MRP is in fact the ZRP (the Zimbabwe Republic Party) whose recognition is underwritten by the Zimbabwe Constitution of Robert Gabriel Mugabe’s Zanu-PF regime (a surrogate power house of Britain). Mthwakazi was never a REPUBLIC and it will never be one – it is only in Zimbabwe where there is a republic.  The MRP therefore needs to correct its name to ZRP instead of confusing the people of Mthwakazi about who they are.

Furthermore, and in distinction, it is important to underline that the MLF is comprised of leaders who are from the trenches of many of the above mentioned political movements of Mthwakazi, including others who fought in the life and death trenches under Zipra for the liberation of a ROTTEN IDEA called Zimbabwe. Yes, ROTTEN as it was at no time about the liberation of Mthwakazi, but of an alien country to the people of Mthwakazi. Just as some of these veterans were led astray to die (indeed hundreds of thousands died) for an alien idea, the MRP having already confused the people of Mthwakazi now wants to lead them to yet another SLAUGHTER HOUSE in Zimbabwe through the so-called popularity testing in the elections of that country.

4. Understanding Leadership

Leaders do not just emerge. They must have a tried and tested leadership journey. In the MLF we have such leaders who have been in the trenches of the above mentioned political organisations and some as commanders in the ill-fated Zipra (Zimbabwe People’s Revolutionary Army) forces. In the MRP there suddenly emerges a clown by the name of Mqondisi Moyo from nowhere. From day one, this clown starts attacking rather than recognising the presence of the MLF (paying tribute to the MLF and all the organisations mentioned above) in the political space of Mthwakazi. This clown starts by saying the MRP is on the ground and working. He does not however spell out which ground where the MLF is not present. The MLF on the contrary never for one single moment doubted the CONTRIBUTION made by all the political movements of Mthwakazi before it was formed.

The decisive shift made by the MLF from the above mentioned political organisations was to recognise that MTHWAKAZI was RULED by CONQUEST, and that Zimbabwe was an extended INTRUMENT of that RULE by CONQUEST on behalf of BRITAIN. Put differently the MLF recognised that Zimbabwe was just a proxy for Britain, a surrogate child of Britain, which was effectively RULING MTHWAKAZI on behalf of its SURROGATE PARENTS, the British Crown. The MRP in contrast can never be within the league of the MLF in understanding the ROT as well as what needs to be done to LIBERATE MTHWAKAZI. Therefore, we are called MTHWAKAZI LIBERATION FRONT because we are determined to liberate the mind of everyone of Mthwakazi, and not lead anyone astray.

5. Populism Politics

The MLF rejects the notion of populism politics with all the contempt it deserves. In the MLF we do not worship a person, but instead we worship the RESTORATION AGENDA OF MTHWAKAZI. In ZAPU we all worshipped Dr Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo like sheep crossing the busy road unaware of the oncoming traffic. What happened in Zapu? We believed that we were fighting for a new dispensation and as such we sacrificed our lives willingly and voluntarily. Hundreds of thousands died both within Mthwakazi and in various camps scattered throughout Zambia. 0thers had to be buried using graders as no amount of human power could be successfully utilised for this undertaking. Still others could not be buried, but their human remains lie scattered all over our country. Still many thousands more were to face the killing, butchering, raping and torturing fields of Robert Gabriel Mugabe’s Fifth Brigade. All these people died for Dr Joshua Mqabuku Nkomo’s popularity. Nothing else, they were killed because they were the followers of Nkomo, period.

Even the crafters of the 1979 Zanu-PF Grand Plan observed that the people of Mthwakazi were ‘blindly following Nkomo’. This is one of the most stable observations to come from our tormentors and butcherers. Indeed, all of us were following Nkomo blindly. Nkomo was everything, he was God. Everything he said, we believed, including when he instructed some of us former Zipra combatants to lay down our weapons in the face of danger, we did. We did not care what happened to our lives as long as we did as instructed. We were just like so many people especially in certain sections of South Africa who have been made to eat snakes, eat mice, eat grass, drink fuel, and recently subjected to being sprayed with ant killing chemical all in the name of Christian Worship. We became believers in a journey that did not bring freedom and justice to us, but which brought genocide, rape, disappearances, torture and ethnic cleansing.

You just have to understand that Nkomo knew well in advance that we were going to be killed, how we were going to be killed, by whom we were going to be killed, and when we were going to be killed, yet he did nothing to prevent that from happening.

It is important too to recognise that when the Grand Plan was crafted and first released in London in 1979 on the eve of the elections that resulted in the birth of Zimbabwe, Nkomo and his lieutenants Dumiso Dabengwa and others did not take it seriously. They thought it was a simple joke. They were bound to think so because everybody at that time was not only following Nkomo blindly but was equally drunk with recognising Nkomo as ‘Father Zimbabwe’. Of course, if there is any person who comes out with a multiplicity of distinctions for that title ‘Father Zimbabwe’, it is Dr Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo. Nkomo fought for Zimbabwe and his forces singularly brought the Rhodesian regime to its knees resulting in the negotiated settlement at Lancaster. Yet he got nothing out of it except the pain that enveloped and continue to do so against his people - the people of Mthwakzi

There are no known significant battles in which Zanu-PF reigned supreme. However, these same Zanu-PF leaders managed to use Nkomo to liberate their country (Zimbabwe) for them after which he was declared a persona non-grata. But Nkomo was not a strategist. He was only obsessed with becoming ‘Father Zimbabwe’ something that was not even in the history books of his people, not even in colonial books, but all in the imagination of Shona intellectuals and perhaps himself. To this end Nkomo was prepared to sacrifice hundreds of thousands of innocent lives of the people of Mthwakazi simple to qualify for the title ‘Father Zimbabwe’. It is no wonder therefore that Nkomo also qualified to be buried in Zimbabwe, in that country’s soil, for his bones to be interred at the so-called heroes acre of that country. He qualified with distinction for that title. It is also no wonder therefore that his Statue is positioned Facing the capital of that country, Harare. Apart from this title, Nkomo got absolutely nothing from Zimbabwe except intolerable abuse and vilification.  Nkomo is therefore not relevant neither will he be relevant at any time in the struggle for Mthwakazi.

You just have to read Nkomo’s book, ‘The Story of My Life’ and his twenty-five (25) page letter which he wrote to Robert Gabriel Mugabe in March 1983 in London, the United Kingdom, after he had fled Mthwakazi for his life. Even in interviews with journalists from the BBC’s Panorama programme in 1983, Nkomo still could not believe that this slaughter of his followers was genocide. The rest is history as you all know. This parallel with Nkomo is quite instructive. It serves as a WARNING AGAINST FOLLOWING PUPULIST INDIVIDUALS because once that happens you will follow such individuals blindly even when they are taking you to the FINAL SLAUGHTER HOUSE. The behaviour by this clown called Mqondisi Moyo follows exactly on the footsteps of POPULIST POLITICIANS whose sole goal in life is to be known and destructive.

In the MLF we had such a clown too in the name of David Magagula who was becoming a law unto himself by violating every prescript of the MLF Constitution and its Code of Conduct. Magagula just wanted to be a POPULAR POLITICIAN at the expense of the MLF. He did this even when he did not understand where the MLF was headed. At one time after perhaps having had bad dreams he would simple pronounce to his own created media statement that the ‘MLF is going to fight’ or that ‘MLF is now taking a more militant approach’ or any other rubbish.

Magagula would pronounce these things as a very junior leader of the MLF without being instructed to do so in the first place. One day we would wake up to find that Magagula has issued a statement describing ‘Emmerson Munangagwa as a person from Mthwakazi’.  Please note the near similarities of the name Magagula and Munangagwa – we are not surprised therefore why Magagula would liken Munangagwa to a Mthwakazian – all in his pseudo imagination of course. The next day Magagula would say the ‘MLF is prepared to work with Joyce Mujuru’ and so forth. Magagula would even invent faceless journalists after which he would issue a statement denouncing the leadership of MLF. We then established that Magagula was doing all these things not only to achieve popularity but as a spy of the Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO).

To this very day there are people who think Magagula was a great leader of the MLF when in actual effect he was singularly responsible for driving so many of the MLF members away. He recruited and promised some of them under the pretext that the MLF was going to take up arms but then failed to deliver. He did this knowing fully well that the MLF had a peaceful Restoration of Mthwakazi Agenda. Not only that, he even went on to commit fraud by taking money from some unsuspecting individuals under the pretext of purchasing arms of war when in fact he needed that money for his personal use.
This is the same Magagula who continues to present himself as an MLF cadre when he fraudulently attends meetings in its name with other organisations, including the one chaired recently at Egodini in Johannesburg by the MRP. We are not surprised why the MRP would want to share a political platform with Magagula who fraudulently continues to pose as an MLF cadre because, like Mgagula the MRP is also a fraudulent organisation which in fact is the ZRP. Like Magagula they are using the name Mthwakazi when in fact they are a Zimbabwean political party, registered and taking instructions from that country.

We have also learnt that the MRP is now receiving sponsorship from certain sections of the Ndebele-speaking businessmen who have been supporting the Movement for Democratic Change. We have learnt that these businessmen shifted their support in favour of the MRP after many years of continuous hope and frustration thinking that they would get devolution through the MDC, but it has not happened. These businessmen forgot one important fact that under the Rule by Conquest, nothing is ever handed on a silver platter, everything is sacrificed for. As such these same businessmen are in for a rude awakening in that there is virtually no way that the ZRP/ MRP will ever be handed anything on a silver platter by the Zanu-PF regime.

The Zanu-PF regime is a master of all evil, corruption, embezzlement, extortion, and so forth, and therefore there is virtually no way this surrogate party of the Zanu-PF, the ZRP OR MRP will ever win power in that country. Its leader Mqondisi Moyo will not qualify even for a statue in that country. Those qualities were reserved for only one man and one man only, Dr Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo – the Father of Politics in that country.
6. Vision

Mthwakazi is a harmonised multi-ethnic nation which was built by a great visionary in memorable history, Mzilikazi, in the 19th century valuing equality, loyalty and a common nationhood. The aim then and today was and still is to build a strong and vibrant multi-ethnic and multi-cultural nation underpinned by a common identity of belonging to one strong yet diverse nation. This is the vision of MLF which it still upholds to date cognizant of International and Regional statutes, such the Universal Bill of Rights.

It is therefore the MLF's vision to continue this noble projectile to build a well-integrated society underpinned by common identity, ideals and philosophy which are a cornerstone of a powerful nation that has institutions which serve the interests and well-being of humankind not only in Mthwakazi, but across the world. It is within this context that the pursuit of Mthwakazi independence and Statehood (Restoration) must not be thinned into mere tribalism which will polarise our nation.

The Restoration Agenda for Mthwakazi seeks to re-establish and foster common identity among Mthwakazi ethnicities, re-establish credible institutions of justice, peace and progress, afford Mthwakazi citizenry with political, socio-economic power and to enable this once powerful nation to determine its own destiny commensurate with its identity, ideals, cultures, attributes and ideology without undue interference from outside its known and well defined borders.

Unlike the ZRP aka MRP the MLF does not have a programme of committing genocide against the Shona people or any other ethnic group for that matter. Whereas the MRP thinks that by making noise at certain schools against the presence of teachers of Shona origin these teachers will pack their bags and go back to Mashonaland, the MLF regards that strategy as hopelessly lacking of any practical applicability – and therefore a simple populist stance aimed at hoodwinking the people of Mthwakazi. Let’s face it, in the two schools where the MRP went to make noise (at Makuzeze and in Lupane) those Shona teachers are still there.

To make matters worse, the ZRP aka MRP had not even initiated this noise in the first place. They had simply gone there after they had heard that the parents of the children at these two schools had embarked on a programme to have the Shona-speaking teachers expelled from their schools. The ZRP aka MRP consistent with its opportunism then went to those schools to make noise which today is what they term ukusebenza on the ground. The leaders of ZRP aka MRP including their Clown President Mqondisi Moyo have never had the courage to start their own programmes against the existence of Shona-speaking teachers in Mthwakazi schools.

There is an adage that says charity begins at home. Why has Mqondisi Moyo not expelled teachers in his own school where he attended as throughout from childhood until he left school? Why has he not done so and only travelled to Makuzeze in Plumtree by passing the school next door to where he lives? The rest is just clear that, this guy is a conman (a fraudster) who is trying to fool the people of Mthwakazi for his own benefit. At any rate if that was possible, would expelling one Shona-speaking teacher from any one of the Mthwakazi schools solve anything?

As a matter of fact, to expose these populism machinations, we need a deeper understanding of the proud history of Mthwakazi people. We are not therefore surprised that in the lifetime of clowns they also get uplifted and satisfied to be called ‘President’ just like Nkomo who fought for the title of ‘Father Zimbabwe’. This clown Mqondisi Moyo therefore thinks that by calling himself ‘President’ he now sits among the greats. Absolutely not, and as a matter of fact he does not even qualify to be called such in the house of clowns.

In our own iSindebele language kawuyi zingela uphethe isawudo, kawuphali inhlanzi ungaka yibambi, njalo kayi xotshwa mvusi. All Mthwakazi formations should be represented bazibikele obala kungela osola omunye what they have for the people. They cannot speak ill of other organisations, including about the MLF.

Each organisation must speak for itself, as it has ample time to organise and mobilise, it will be given time to express itself. We should present the ideas that we are presently crafting these days. Ours is a bigger and an internationally understandable philosophy. The MLF does not have time for clowns, it has a serious programme of liberating the people of Mthwakazi. Like the ANC which was vilified for generations, the MLF will lead the people of Mthwakazi out of this hell-hole of Zimbabwe. Like the ANC, the MLF does not need guns to liberate its people.

7. New Constitution for Mthwakazi

The objective would be to write the Mthwakazi constitution with the broadest possible input from traditional leaders (chiefs, headman and sub-headman, political leaders nominated by villagers and constituencies, pressure groups, women’s' groups, academics, lawyers, industrialists, trade unionists, representatives of victims of genocide and ethnic cleansing, groups of international and regional experts, major powers, NGOs and various other interested parties).  The fundamental objective is to craft a constitutional document that reflects the fears and aspirations of all the people of Mthwakazi - from the Provincial States of Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpompo.

In fact, we envisage a constitutional structure that protects the great areas of concern to the people of Mthwakazi which were under great destruction by the ZANU-PF regime of Robert Gabriel Mugabe during the past 36 years. The areas of concern will include education, culture, economic development, security and, the control of natural resources, broadcasting and bringing the violators of gross human rights to justice.

As part of the mechanics for writing the constitution, we envisage the establishment of the Mthwakazi Criminal Tribunal (MCT) under the auspices of the international community which shall simultaneously be backed up by the establishment within Mthwakazi of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (MTRC) along the lines of South Africa. The setting up of such a MTRC shall as part of seeking natural healing and a permanent solution to genocide and ethnic cleansing ever being committed again uncover the full extent of the tragedy and call upon all the human rights violators to account for their deeds of the past.

As part of seeking natural justice and a permanent solution those found responsible for the human rights violations (extra-judiciary killings, torture and disappearances) will accordingly be punished. By sending a clear message to the transgressors of genocide and ethnic cleansing that they would be punished under the Mthwakazi Criminal Tribunal (MICT) and the MTRC, Mthwakazi would have embarked on a road to power and justice as an independent state upon a new beginning of existence with full respect for the rule of law and human rights.

The federal structure that can secure and guarantee our continued existence as Mthwakazi people will have to be modelled on tried and tested effective federal systems of the world such as that of the United States of America (USA). Thus, Mthwakazi will have to be partitioned into distinctive Federal States which will have the following effects:
the prevention of genocide and ethnic cleansing of any other national (ethnic) group ever occurring again in Mthwakazi,

the prevention of unfettered corruption evidenced by the ruling ZANU-PF party's use of the wealth of Mthwakazi to reward those groups or people who dare not raise any challenges to the despicable authoritarian and genocidal system in place,

the prevention of the desire to re-write the Constitution (usually entrusted to a few party faithful) to suit political objectives (the preservation of socio-economic and political power and corruption) that tend to change from time to time as marginalised groups, NGOs, multilateral bodies, churches and other human rights organisations challenge the existing dictatorship,

the prevention of the desire to control every activity that may not threaten the grip on power of those in power,

the prevention of the use of state terror and a brutal army to intimidate specific national (ethnic) groups, where the ruling party has no support,

the prevention of keeping large armies despite no clear enemies but reduced expenditures on health, education, and various other development programmes, and

finally, the prevention of the growth of a pervasive state security apparatus that is publicly funded (by the taxpayers) and yet controlled by the Head of State directly or is placed under the direction of the ruling party.

Under a system of distinctive Federal States, aggrieved citizens will have recourse to justice. There shall be no place for an oppressive state machinery and legislative system which is funded by the taxpayers for the suppression, and at tea times, the death of taxpayers. Furthermore, there shall be no place for a system that disciplines any criticisms against it by direct violence committed by or in the presence of the state security apparatus. Under a system of distinctive Federal States there shall be no place for thugs, neither will the state security apparatus remain above the law.
The Constitution of distinctive Federal States (the Federal States of Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpopo) should contain the following agreements:

a federal constitution that provides for the separation of powers between the executive (power to implement and enforce the law), legislature (power to enact general laws) and judiciary (power to settle disputes),

a constitution that provides for the election of a central Federal President,

the Federal government will be answerable to 3 bodies on all spending and policy initiatives: House of Assembly, House of Senators and Council of Chiefs,

separate executive, legislative and judiciary powers for each State,

each State will elect its own Prime Minister whose government will be answerable to the State parliament,

the tenure of office of both the Federal Presidency and State Premiership will be 2 terms of 4 years each without any possibility of extension,

the Federal executive and legislature to be elected separately from the executive and legislature of each State, with no person elected to both at the same time,

the executives and legislatures of the central Federal State and each individual State will have powers of veto to rein in the excesses of the other,

the Federal executive and the executive of each State will have the right to appoint supreme court judges who will have to be approved and confirmed by the legislatures in both cases,

four of the five States of the Federal States of Mthwakazi will have to approve any constitutional changes,

all Federal cabinet ministers and cabinet ministers of each State would have to appear before the respective Parliamentary Committees (budgetary and planning) to knowledgeably present their department's spending programmes and justify any other expenditures prior to spending a cent,

the opposition party members, including their leaders would be consulted at both Federal and State levels on very important decisions (foreign and domestic policy changes, expenditure re-arrangements, and resettlement programmes),

the distinctive States of the Federal system shall be given substantial powers over matters of the security apparatus (army, police and intelligence services), education, employment, housing, and economic development,

revenue-sharing that explicitly ensures that these distinctive states would keep 90 per cent of all revenues and pass only 10 per cent to the central Federal government, and

the Bill of Rights, the Freedom of Information and the right of victims to sue the perpetrators regardless of the lapse of time shall be contained in the Constitution of Mthwakazi.

Such a Federal Constitution would prevent not only genocide and the planned abuse of other national (ethnic) groups, but would allow people within the marginalised regions to take a substantial part in decision-making and the shaping of their destiny. The peoples of these FSM (Federal States of Mthwakazi) would be able to join or form any political parties that they desire. They would also be able to enjoy liberty, fraternity, the pursuit of happiness and various other benefits without the presence of tyrannical groups of the likes of ZANU-PF and Robert Gabriel Mugabe and his cronies. Under such a system all political parties would not receive any financial subsidies as ZANU-PF presently does in a one-party state Zimbabwe.

The Federal Constitution should accept as binding the following provisions for Federal State Constitutions of Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpopo in Mthwakazi:
the provision by the Federal Constitution of uncapped funding and preferences in schools for all the children of the victims of the 1982 to 1988 Genocide after an extensive vetting procedure to be done by a non-local body of experts familiar with the all the languages of the victims (Ndebele, Kalanga, Lozwi, Sotho, etc),

the provision for the allocation of 90 per cent reservation in all schools throughout Mthwakazi to cater for students made up of local communities,

the provision for the allocation from the central Federal Government of 90 per cent of all public infrastructure to be in each Federal State, to redress current imbalances between these regions.  This program to remain in place for 36years (in order for these marginalised regions to catch up with each other, after which each State’s region must receive 25 per cent of all public investment,

the provision for all government jobs (local, provincial and central) to strictly reflect the local content of employees until such employs are above 90 per cent,

the provision that no government employee should be transferred to an area where they do not know the local language,

the provision that any land reform must be beneficial to people in these regions without preference to political affiliation or tribal superiority, and

the provision to prevent at any cost any attempts (under any pretext or contrived programme) to populate each of these Federal States with people of foreign origin who are likely to achieve voting power and thus neutralise the indigenous inhabitants.

Similarly, the army and police in the Mthwakazi Federal States of Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpopo must be able to speak local languages. Such determination will be done through a cultural and language test that will be compiled by experts from such areas. This test shall take the form of General Certificate of Education (GCE), with the only difference that there will be no classes to study these languages other than doing such courses in high school. This requirement solves cases where the people of Mthwakazi have been treated like dogs or cockroaches when they have done nothing wrong save for the fact that the police and army types, have neither command nor respect for the local languages.

Within the Federal States of Mthwakazi FSM), there shall be a complete deregulation of the air-waves with the proviso that most licences be clearly reserved for people from individual states. In the case of all Mthwakazi States there must be no joint holdings with business types from Mashonaland and Manicaland for a period of 36 years. All documents pertaining to any licence in the States of Mthwakazi must contain a declaration to that effect and that the law will be clearly written to achieve this objective.

8. Exiting Zimbabwe – Restoration of the State of Mthwakazi

The objective is complete restoration (exit) from the present imposed colonial unitary system (boundaries) of Zimbabwe by returning to the original boundaries of the State of Mthwakazi based on pre-colonial boundaries as a fully-fledged member of the United Nations and other international bodies. Such a state will comprise the historic indigenous boundaries and current regions of Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpopo. It will be based on the rule of law and provide enforceable protection and rights to all its citizens who live in it, irrespective of their ethnic group (Ndebele, Shona etc), race, creed, religious affiliation or sexuality.

Justifications for the restoration of the new State of Mthwakazi based on the historic and current boundaries range as follows: that,
both these regions comprise historic indigenous areas for the people of Mthwakazi,,
these regions were forcibly incorporated by British colonialists into the present unitary system without consultation and consent of the people of Mthwakazi,

those responsible for this incorporation subsequently failed (during the de-colonisation process) to provide enforceable protection of democratic rights to all the citizens of such a unitary system which was created without due consideration to ethnic (national) groupings, boundaries, linguistic and cultural concerns,

they then failed to intervene to protect the people of Mthwakazi against the horrific genocide and ethnic cleansing perpetrated by an ethnic group of another country called Zimbabwe,
the group responsible for this barbaric genocide chose a fascist path of annihilating the people of Mthwakazi, and therefore has only itself to blame for the complete breakdown of the convenient colonial unitary marriage system,

the path of inflicting genocide was chosen with the full knowledge that the people of Mthwakazi had no means whatsoever to defend themselves,

this international crime was committed with the full knowledge that there would be no outside intervention (from within the region, internationally, or from the former colonial power) to stop it with those responsible being punished,

the creation of a new State of Mthwakazi would thus prevent the completion of the annihilation, eradication and ethnic cleansing of the people of Mthwakazi,

such a state would ensure the basic survival of all the people of Mthwakazi as a member of the human species in their own inherited historic land regions,

the state of Mthwakazi will prevent the deliberate policy of ethnic cleansing and outright discrimination by restoring the rights of all the people of Mthwakazi in all the socio-economic, political and cultural fields, as well as their inalienable contribution rights to shape their destiny, and
that, each of these states will thus prevent the current practice of importing workers from Mashonaland and Manicaland regions (as government employees, party functionaries, police, army and intelligence personnel, contract workers, doctors, teachers, and other such settlers) from ever again displacing the original inhabitants of Mthwakazi regions.

The people of Mthwakazi reserve the right to self-determination under international law and other UN provisions that apply to colonised, unjustly oppressed people, and in this case, victims of genocide and ethnic cleansing. Like many peoples of the world who have been subjected to various despicable forced unitary systems such as in Zimbabwe, the people of Mthwakazi have the right to strive for a just and good society based on democratic principles, openness and equality in the ways they see it. Examples of countries which had been artificially contrived (with force) into unitary systems just like Zimbabwe, but have since seceded from those unitary systems abound.

The former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) survived as a unitary system for more than 70 years. By the late 1980s this unitary system had suddenly crumbled with the peoples of the former republics regaining their different nationalities: the Georgians, Ukrainians, Latvians, Lithuanians, Azerbaijanians, Mongolians and others. In the case of Chechenia, the peoples of the world saw and learned important lessons the extent to which determined people will struggle to regain their freedom, identity, nationhood and sovereignty if denied a peaceful secession (divorce).

The world can also draw important lessons from the experience of the former Yugoslavia which survived as a unitary system for approximately 50 years. Here too the rationale for retaining an archaic repressive system was destroyed by the determination of a people yearning for freedom and nationhood resulting in the re-birth of Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Hundreds of thousands of people died for the realisation of this dream, and in the latter case, genocide was committed against the civilians. In addition, the Albanian people of Kosovo have recently been paying a heavy price in their desire to secede from Yugoslavia, with the international community intervening after various atrocities had been committed and the livelihood of Albanians virtually destroyed.

In Zimbabwe, the people of Mthwakazi would prefer a peaceful separation ("velvet divorce") as was the case in Czechoslovakia reverting into the Czech and Slovakia republics. In this case the original indigenous regions for the people of Mthwakazi would revert to the State of Mthwakazi, with those of Mashonaland and Manicaland retaining the name Zimbabwe (if they wish), or reverting to Nehanda, Chimurenga, or indeed whatever they were before colonialism.

The important principle that needs to be highlighted and indeed established is that ethnic groups in Africa are essentially national groups with a long history of existence.  The only distinction is essentially labelling considerations (stereo-types) on the part of those using the terms, with the characteristics that define ethnic and national groups remaining constant. Thus, the characteristics that define Russians, Jews, Palestinians, Irish, Germans, English, Scots etc, are not different from those that define Shonas and Ndebeles. All are essentially different national groups with own history, language, culture, and territory, etc. In the case of Zimbabwe, for example, the Shonas are accustomed to singing and dancing when paying their last respects to the dead, whereas the people of Mthwakazi regard this as completely unacceptable and an insult to the memory of dead.

The people of Mthwakazi are therefore aware that their determination to free themselves from the imposed unitary tyrannical system will initially be dismissed by Robert Gabriel Mugabe's regime and ZANU-PF as "tribalistic" and other famous propaganda slogans such as "being used by enemies of ZANU-PF or whites" and "traitors". The people of Mthwakazi are not in the least concerned about such labels. They are prepared to be called anything that Mugabe's ZANU-PF desires, but the act of surrender or awaiting the final solution (Holocaust) is not an option. The pivotal issue is that from the moment of Zimbabwe’s independence to the present day, the people of Mthwakazi have been subjected and remain under constant threat of genocide and ethnic cleansing. The people of Mthwakazi therefore reserve the right never again to endanger their security and their right to exist.

As already pointed out, the people of Mthwakazi would prefer to exit Zimbabwe peacefully and create their own state of Mthwakazi through the mechanism of discussions. However, should this peaceful approach fail, they are determined to achieve their security and their right to exist through the establishment of a separate independent state from Zimbabwe by other mechanisms. If the powerful machinery of a former super power USSR could not stop determined peoples from achieving their liberation and freedom, there is absolutely nothing the people of Mthwakazi have not already experienced as a people that Robert Gabriel Mugabe and ZANU-PF could do to stop them from achieving their right to existence. They will no longer tolerate any more atrocities against their people.
Robert Gabriel Mugabe's regime and ZANU-PF should be aware of fact that there could commit genocide and ethnic cleansing with impunity against a defenceless civilian population. There was never a single person who tried to resist or challenge them. It was not because the people of Mthwakazi could not fight back. It was simply because ZAPU was more concerned about the status of ‘Father Zimbabwe’ and appeasement, and not justice. Besides, the national executive of ZAPU was composed of 95 per cent Shona executive leaders. As such a climate of indecision and confusion characterised ZAPU, after all the slaughter was directed against the people of Mthwakazi. In turn, the 5 per cent Mthwakazi Executive leaders of ZAPU could not take a decision to resist the slaughter for fear of being labelled tribalists, traitors or agents of whites.

As part of the determination by the people of Mthwakazi never again to suffer genocide and ethnic cleaning, and thus endangering their security and their right to exist as a people on this earth, they commit themselves to the following: that,

the independent state of Mthwakazi will re-emerge and embark upon its re-existence (after 87 years of European colonialism and 36 years of Shona colonialism, genocide and ethnic cleansing) as a democratic federal state with a Bill of Rights for all who live in it (as was the case under the Kingdoms (and Not Republics) of Kings Mzilikazi and Lobhengula),

the independent state of Mthwakazi will engage the services of independent international and regional experts in all its negotiations where necessary and possible regarding the determination and observance of borders, and the division of assets and liabilities with Zimbabwe,

the independent state of Mthwakazi will vigorously push for the establishment of an independent authority comprising all countries (Mthwakazi, Zambia and Zimbabwe) that derive hydroelectric power from the Kariba Dam so that water rights are observed and access to hydroelectric power is maintained,

the independent state of Mthwakazi will without delay establish the Mthwakazi Zambezi Water Project (MZWP) to draw water from the Zambezi river for the purposes of industrialisation and extensive agricultural irrigation along the lines followed in Israel or California and Texas in America,

the independent state of Mthwakazi will establish its own competent army, police and intelligence service based on the rule of law, which will not threaten any other state but which will be called upon to defend the security of its people at all cost whenever threatened,

the independent state of Mthwakazi will thus not tolerate any potential insecurity posed by its neighbours, including Zimbabwe,

the independent state of Mthwakazi will have its own currency, inkunzi, which shall be supported by an open economy with the emphasis of free enterprise with government intervention involving only the setting of rules of conduct. The introduction of this currency inkunzi will resolve once and for all time the vulnerability of economic and financial markets that were driven by the Zanu-PF regime resulting in the frightening hyperinflation that gave birth to the wretched bond.

the independent state of Mthwakazi will enter trade arrangements with all countries internationally and with Southern African Development Countries (SADC), including Zimbabwe,

the independent state of Mthwakazi will establish and deregulate its own mass media including the air-waves to benefit all its citizens,

citizenship will be confined to the original inhabitants of Mthwakazi (the people of Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpopo),

citizenship will also be extended to anybody who can show either a grandfather or grandmother born and lived in the region within the last 100 years,

citizenship will not be granted to anyone who was brought to Mthwakazi in terms of the major tenets of the 1979 Zanu-pf Grand Plan. Such people will be viewed as an extended family of surrogates of the British- Zimbabwe empire

citizenship will not be issued to members of an extended family that has not been resident in the regions of Mthwakazi (Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpopo) for the past 100 years,

Residence rights will only give rise to citizenship after 10 years of continuous residence in the independent state of Mthwakazi,

For those with residence rights, any absence for a period of 1 year shall lead to the extension of the qualification period for full citizenship by an equivalent period,

a resident who commits a serious crime during the 10-year qualification period will most certainly lose the right to citizenship, and could also be deported to their country of origin, including those from Zimbabwe, and

finally, the independent State of Mthwakazi will embark on a major campaign of persuading all its citizens who fled the old wretched Zimbabwe to return and contribute to the development of their newly re-established country.

There is no doubt in the conviction of the people of Mthwakazi that the independent state of Mthwakazi can survive in any kind of competent market economy. For the first time in more than a century of domination, the peoples of Mthwakazi regions of Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpopo would yield real economic benefits from the dominance of mineral deposits and the tourist industry. These regions would also benefit immensely from the revenue derived from trade particularly with South Africa. People in these regions of Mthwakazi will for the first time, also develop and broadcast on the air programmes that enhance their culture and other educational objectives.

The independent state of Mthwakazi shall forever remove the major constraint of Shona determinism on development in the regions of Zambezi, Mpumalanga, Nkabazwe, Bulilima and Limpopo. No longer will there be Robert Gabriel Mugabe's regime's and ZANU-PF's refusal to develop water supplies to undermine the region as a viable economic base. ZANU-PF will thus have been denied any further strategies with which to implement resettlement programmes aimed at "Shonalising" the historic indigenous regions of the people of Mthwakazi. The Restoration of Mthwakazi from the current imposed colonial state of Britain and its surrogate Zimbabwe will have brought to an end the sad chapter of the barbarity of "Shonalising" the birth-right of the people of Mthwakazi in their own regions, by use of Mugabe's ZANU-PF's policies such as nepotism, differential funding in economic development, land access, education, housing, employment contracts, business opportunities, outright genocide as happened in 1982 to 1988 and the continuing ethnic cleansing policy.

The Restoration of Mthwakazi will thus have dealt a major blow to the ZANU-PF's contemplated objective of driving all the people of Mthwakazi into South Africa. It will also have put paid to the brutal policy of genocide and ethnic cleansing perpetrated by ZANU-PF and Robert Gabriel Mugabe's regime against the people of Mthwakazi.  Thus, the barbarism and brutality of Robert Gabriel Mugabe's regime and ZANU-PF will therefore remain coloured by psychotic appeals to Nehanda and Mwenemutapa and a host of other historical additives for Shona hegemony but contained within the borders of Zimbabwe. There will be no place for such psychotic appeals in the independent state of Mthwakazi.

One of the most stable political observations since the independence of Zimbabwe is that politics has always been based on ethnic allegiance despite statements to the contrary by ZANU-PF top officials. In other words, when one reads statements by ZANU-PF cabinet ministers during the 1982-1988 genocide, the survivors and victims of this genocide cannot take comfort in the lapse of time since then, because similar statements are still being made by the same ministers of the ZANU-PF regime (apparently, ZANU-PF ministers are never fired, they are reassigned to other ministerial posts in a game of musical chairs, lest they spill the beans on all activities behind the 1982-1988 genocide). There is apparently unity in fear of survivors.

11. The Zanu-PF Surrogates – the MRP aka its real name ZRP
The surrogates of Zanu-pf, the so-called MRP aka ZRP are called upon to deliver theirs paying attention to how they will get rid of Shona people not only within the teaching field, but in all fields, from cleaners, security industry, transport industry, health care, business sectors, justice departments (prosecutors, magistrates and legal personnel in general such as lawyers, etc.) and Not simply To Hide Under this Joke that they are Working. What a Crap. Only Donald Trump and like-minded persons will believe in this stupidity which is driven by the QUEST for DEVIANT POPULISM.
